I've said before, I REALLY try to avoid buying things that belong in the cupboard when I go grocery shopping. And what I mean by this, is anything processed. I try to stick to rice, gluten free pasta, oats, nut butters, and then the odd canned veggies and beans (check out my Mexican Salad Bowl) It can be hard sometimes because when you're pressed for time (It's 2017.
