My Go-To Raspberry Mint Smoothie
There’s nothing better than starting your day on a healthy note. It really sets the tone for the rest of the day! And with spring finally in the air, I’ve really been in the mood for refreshing sips lately.
I basically love mint-anything! This smoothie is almost like a mojito… but healthy…and honestly, not quite as fun. But a great way to start your day!
HERE’S HOW IT GOES:
1 handfull of raspberries
1 kiwi
About 5-7 mint leaves
1 handful of spinach
3/4 cup coconut water
1 scoop of bee pollen
Add to blender with a handful of ice, top with some hemp hearts, and enjoy!
