Creamy, Velvety, Bulletproof Hot Chocolate
Yep, you heard that right. You’ve all heard of (and probably tried) bulletproof coffee… well, now it’s chocolate’s turn to have the spot light.
I’m all about taking guilty pleasures and making them healthy. And chocolate? YES PLEASE.
This is perfect for someone who isn’t much of a coffee drinker but needs a little brain boost. Or wants to enjoy a nice cup of hot cocoa without feeling guilty.(Save some calories for dessert perhaps?) Or simply just wants to sip a delicious hot beverage because it’s delicious.
It’s getting chilly… winter will be here before we know it. We’re craving anything warm and sweet. Let’s just try to not only keep it healthy, but receive as many benefits as possible.
REMEMBER: FUEL your body. Don’t restrict it.
